This policy explains how we process your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679) and applicable Hungarian law.

2. What data we process and why

Coaching application (application form)

  • Data: name, email, phone number, goals and the message you provide.
  • Purpose: to contact you and assess whether the program fits you.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Retention: up to 24 months from contact, or until you withdraw consent.

Free cookbook (newsletter sign-up)

  • Data: email address.
  • Purpose: to send the cookbook and occasional useful content and offers. Sign-up is verified by email confirmation (double opt-in).
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Retention: until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe).

3. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. For visitor statistics we use cookieless, anonymous measurement (Plausible Analytics), which collects no personal data and builds no user profiles. For this reason no cookie consent banner is required.

4. Processors

  • Hosting and forms: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages).
  • Email / newsletter: TODO(client): the email provider name and seat (e.g. Brevo, MailerLite or Resend).
  • Video: YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) — the video plays automatically muted when you scroll to it (youtube-nocookie.com); it sets no cookies until you interact with the player.
  • Analytics: Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted, cookieless).

Some providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. the USA); in that case appropriate safeguards (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses) apply.

5. Your rights

  • restriction of, or objection to, processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
