1. The provider

2. The service

The provider offers an online coaching service that includes a personalised training plan, nutrition guidance, and mindset and habit coaching. The program is by default 2 months, with one video call a week (8 in total) and ongoing support by message.

3. Fees and payment

The fee is agreed individually between the parties after the intro call. The exact fee, payment schedule and method become final when the order is confirmed.

4. Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. If performance begins before the deadline at the consumer's express prior request, the right of withdrawal may be limited as set out in law. We provide details before the contract is concluded.

5. Liability

The service is not a medical activity and does not replace the opinion of a doctor or dietitian. A medical consultation is recommended before starting. The provider gives guidance on the listed training forms (bodyweight, free weights and gym). Results vary from person to person and no specific result can be guaranteed.

6. Complaints

We accept complaints at the email above and respond within 5 working days. In a consumer dispute you may turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (www.bekeltet.hu) or the conciliation body competent for your place of residence.
